1. Agreement
By using PrintAIArt or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy, and Content and Intellectual Property Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service or place an order.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact, delivery, product, and image information submitted with an order.
3. Made-to-order products
Products are manufactured specifically for your order using your selected configuration and image. Product colors, dimensions, print placement, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from on-screen previews because of display settings, materials, production methods, and normal manufacturing tolerances.
Mockups and previews are visual guides and are not guarantees of exact color, scale, texture, or placement.
4. Images and customer content
You retain your rights in images you upload. You grant PrintAIArt and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, modify, upscale, process, transmit, print, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
You represent that you own or have permission to use and reproduce every uploaded image, prompt, reference file, name, logo, likeness, and other element included in your order.
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated results can be unpredictable and may contain errors, artifacts, or similarities to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing a generated image before selecting it for an order and for determining whether your intended use is appropriate and lawful.
We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from third-party claims.
6. Orders, prices, and payment
- Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping, duties, customs fees, and other applicable charges may be added separately.
- An order is accepted only after payment succeeds and we confirm or begin processing it.
- We may cancel and refund an order affected by fraud concerns, technical errors, pricing errors, unavailable products, prohibited content, or production limitations.
Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s terms and fraud controls.
7. Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Once production begins, cancellation, product changes, image changes, and address changes may no longer be possible. A request is not confirmed until we tell you it was successfully completed.
8. Production, delivery, and product issues
Production and shipping are performed by third-party partners and carriers. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Our responsibilities for damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or delayed products are described in the applicable customer policies.
9. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, automate excessive requests, evade usage limits, commit fraud, or submit unlawful or prohibited content. We may refuse service, remove content, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and optional AI tools are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every AI result will satisfy your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintAIArt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
