We collect information you provide when you use PrintAIArt, including:
- Contact information such as your name and email address.
- Shipping and billing details needed to process and deliver an order.
- Order information, selected products, quantities, and transaction records.
- Images, prompts, and reference files you upload or create through the service.
- Messages and order details submitted through our contact form.
We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and site activity through server logs and security tools.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide product previews, image creation, and image preparation services.
- Process payments, create orders, and arrange production and delivery.
- Provide customer service and respond to questions or product issues.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, and security incidents.

3. Images and AI features
Images you upload are used to configure, prepare, produce, and support your order. If you use an AI image feature, your prompt and any reference image may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the requested result.
Uploaded and generated images are not intended for public display. We may review an image when necessary to fulfill an order, investigate a technical problem, enforce our Content and Intellectual Property Policy, or respond to a customer request.
Do not upload highly sensitive personal documents, financial records, medical records, government identification, or other material that is not necessary for your product.
4. Service providers
We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the store, including:
- Payment processors, including Stripe, for secure payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Production and shipping partners that manufacture and deliver made-to-order products.
- AI service providers when you choose to generate or transform an image.
- Hosting, storage, email-delivery, security, and technical service providers.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.
5. Payment information
Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. PrintAIArt does not receive or store your complete card number or security code.
6. Retention and security
We retain order records and related customer images for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order, provide support, satisfy accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Contact messages are retained only as long as needed for support and legitimate business records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. International processing
Our service providers and production partners may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different privacy laws. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred where necessary to provide the requested service.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.

9. Children
PrintAIArt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us.
