Images & upscaling

What you can upload and how we prepare it for printing.

Does my image need to be high resolution?+

No. Upload the best version you have. Automatic AI upscaling is included with every order and prepares your image for the product and size you select.

What kinds of images can I print?+

You can print photographs, digital illustrations, scans, designs, and AI-generated images. You must own the image or have permission to reproduce and print it.

Which file types can I upload?+

The image uploader currently supports PNG, JPEG, and WebP files up to 10 MB. Using the original file generally produces the best result.

What does automatic AI upscaling do?+

Upscaling increases image resolution and restores useful edge and texture detail before printing. It is matched to the dimensions of your selected product and is included automatically.

Will my image be cropped?+

Products have different shapes and print areas, so some configurations may require cropping. The selected configuration and image preview help you understand the format before checkout.

Creating with AI

Generating a new image or transforming one you already have.

Can I create an image instead of uploading one?+

Yes. After choosing a product, select Create with AI and describe what you want. You can create something from a prompt or use an uploaded image as a reference.

How long does AI image creation take?+

Most images are generated within a few minutes, although demand and the complexity of the request can affect generation time. Keep the page open while it is working.

Can I transform a photo of my pet or another person?+

Yes, provided you own the reference image or have permission to use it. A reference image can help preserve recognizable subjects while applying a new style or setting.

Is the image I create automatically added to my order?+

You choose whether to use the generated result. Once selected, it is attached to your configured product and carried into your cart and checkout.

Product options, prices, and how custom items are made.

Are products made to order?+

Yes. Each product is produced specifically for your order using the image and configuration you selected.

Why do products have different options?+

Available options come from the product and print provider. Depending on the item, these may include size, orientation, depth, color, finish, or device model.

Will the product price change at checkout?+

The product price for your selected configuration remains fixed. Shipping is shown separately during checkout.

What currency are prices shown in?+

All storefront prices are displayed and charged in US dollars.

Can I order more than one product?+

Yes. Add a configured product to your cart, continue shopping, and add as many additional products or images as you need before checking out.

Checkout & payment

How payment and order creation work.

Is checkout secure?+

Yes. Payment information is encrypted and processed by Stripe. PrintAIArt does not directly store your card details.

When is my order created?+

Your order is recorded only after payment succeeds. Unpaid checkout attempts do not become orders.

Can I change my cart before paying?+

Yes. Use the cart link in the header to adjust quantities, remove items, or continue shopping before checkout.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship worldwide?+

Yes, where the selected product and print provider support the destination. Availability and shipping prices are calculated for your delivery country.

How is the print provider selected?+

Product availability, production cost, delivery coverage, and shipping speed are considered when a product is configured for the store.

How much does shipping cost?+

Shipping varies by product, quantity, print provider, and destination. The exact available rate is calculated for your order before payment.

Will multiple products arrive together?+

Not always. Different product types may be produced by different facilities, so parts of an order can be shipped separately.

Orders & support

Order records, uploaded files, and getting help.

What happens to the image attached to my order?+

The image is stored with the paid order so it can be prepared, upscaled, and sent for production. It is used to fulfill your order and is not displayed publicly.

Can I change an order after payment?+

Contact us immediately. Because products are made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.

How can I get help with an order?+

Use the contact form with the email address used at checkout and include any available order details.
