1. Production time
Orders must be produced before they ship. Most products are prepared within approximately 2 to 7 business days, but production may take longer because of product availability, order size, seasonal demand, quality checks, or production interruptions.
Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
2. Shipping estimates
Available shipping methods and charges depend on the product, quantity, production partner, and delivery destination. The rate shown during checkout is calculated for the selected order and country.
Typical carrier transit estimates after production may include:
- United States standard shipping: commonly 2 to 5 business days.
- International standard shipping: commonly 10 to 30 business days.
Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, and remote destinations can cause delays.
3. Multiple packages
Items in one order may be manufactured by different production partners or facilities. They may ship separately, use different carriers, and arrive on different dates. Separate packages do not necessarily indicate that an item is missing.
4. International shipping and customs
We ship to supported destinations worldwide. Product availability varies by country and is confirmed during configuration or checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected during checkout or required otherwise by law, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
5. Delivery addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order enters production or shipment preparation, an address change may not be possible. Changing the destination country after production begins is generally unavailable.
If a package is returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, free replacement shipping is not guaranteed. A partial refund or paid reshipment may be offered depending on the production partner’s review and applicable law.
6. Tracking and apparent loss
Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found, check the property, household members, building management, delivery notice, and local carrier or post office first.
If the package remains missing, submit the order details through our contact form. We will investigate with the production and shipping partners. A qualifying shipment lost without customer address error may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
7. Delays
A delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. If an order appears stalled or substantially overdue, contact us so we can investigate. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
