How do I turn a picture into a puzzle?
Choose a boxed puzzle or a puzzle with a tin, then select your piece count and orientation. Add your image on the next page and adjust its placement before adding the puzzle to your cart. We make your physical jigsaw puzzle after you pay.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use the original, highest-resolution image you have. A clear phone photo can work well. Avoid screenshots, heavy compression, and blurry images. Upscaling is included, but it cannot reliably recover missing detail. Keep faces and important details away from the edges when adjusting your image.
Can I see how my image fits before I pay?
Yes. Before adding your puzzle to the cart, you can drag, zoom, and rotate your image inside the print area. This lets you check its placement and crop. The placement preview does not simulate individual puzzle cuts, and small printing variations can occur.
Do you offer 500-piece and 1000-piece custom puzzles?
Yes, the tin option includes 500 and 1000 pieces, plus 110, 252, and 2000 pieces. The boxed option has 110, 252, 520, or 1014 pieces. The chooser shows the exact count for your selected product.
How long will my personalized puzzle take?
Allow approximately 10 days for production, plus shipping time to your destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Order ahead for birthdays, holidays, and other gift dates.
Can I print an AI image or a photo collage?
Yes. Upload an AI image or a collage saved as one image, provided you own it or have permission to print it. You can also create an AI image in the next step. Your own photo works too; AI generation is optional.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or wrong items. Include your order details and clear photos. We review eligible issues for a replacement or refund. Correctly made personalized items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind.
